The condition of the vehicle is what I would describe as “normal” i.e. stained seats, light sand on carpeting, general dust, and dirt.
If there is mud, excess sand, or pet hair and the client wants it perfect, there would be extra time/detail involved.
On the first contact with me, the client indicated that she had scratches and dents.
When it arrived it was clear that these were too deep and in bad locations to be resolved with polishing and paintless dent removal.
When we removed the paint transfer on the main damaged area, we then saw the damage was through to the metal.
With a crazy schedule ahead of us, I decided it was best to put on my whole team in the car. One team handles the exterior and the other the interior.

A machine buff is never intended to be perfect or on par with a correction. It’s about shine, smooth, clean-looking paint.
This car is used daily so the service suits the car in regards to not reducing the paint.
The client was happy with the results of the detail/valet and that’s what always matters.
