Introduction

Welcome to ProTouch Car Care, Cape Town’s premier car interior cleaning and detailing specialists. We offer expert cleaning services at our fixed-location workshop – we are not a mobile service.

Whether your car needs maintenance (Full valet), or an intensive deep interior clean and detail, or other specialised treatments, we have the expertise, products and tools to restore it to the highest standard.

Special Cleaning: Pee, Vomit, Pet hair, Spillages etc

These types of dirt require specific treatment. Please inform us in advance if your vehicle requires this kind of service. Estimates can be given over the phone etc but confirmed on inspection

• Illness in the car e.g. COVID etc
• Pet Hair
• Any spillages or messes, including:
  • Animal or Human body fluids (e.g., urine, pee, feces, poo, vomit, blood, saliva)
  • Food or Liquid spills
  • Powders, paint, fuel, or accident-related issues

This allows us to prepare properly and provide the specialised care required for you and your vehicle while ensuring everyone’s safety.

Staff are given masks, gloves and eyewear when dealing with these issues.

• We are open Mon-Sat from 8am-5pm
• Booking deposit of R250 required which is deducted from the job amount.
• Bookings can be done via telephone call, whatsapp or email.

(1) Interior Maintenance: Full Valet

Duration:

5 to 6 hours

• Interior: 4 to 5 hours
• Exterior: 1 hour

Pricing:

• 5-hour service – R1250
• 6-hour service (SUVs, etc.) – R1500

Is This Package Right for You?

✔ Ideal for maintenance cleaning.
❌ Not suitable for very dirty cars i.e. heavily stained seats, pet hair, or excessive sand/dust build-up unless you are okay with the best we can do within the scope of time. For a proper deep clean, opt for Interior Deep Clean & Detail instead.

What’s Included?

Interior Cleaning (Completed within allocated time):

• Seats: We start with seat cleaning (leather or fabric) to ensure they dry before collection.
• Floor, Fabric & Carpet Cleaning: One-step alkaline-based shampoo scrubbing followed by deep extraction.
• Full Interior Cleaning: Dashboard, panels, vents, and roof liner (if condition allows).

Exterior Wash & Basic Detailing:

• Hand wash to remove dirt and grime.
• 1-hour allocated.

Products Used:

• In our Full Valet we use the best quality locally sourced products.
• If you want international detail products please opt for our Interior Deep Clean & Detail.

(2) Interior Deep Cleaning & Detailing

Duration:

• Standard: 8 man-hours (completed same day by two staff members).
• If additional time is required, extra time/staff can be allocated (additional cost applies).

Intensive car interior deep cleaning (also known as a valet) and detailing completed within the same day.

What’s Included?

Fabric Seats & Carpets: Multi-step cleaning

• Optional seat removal at no extra cost for better access.*
• Brushed using specialised tools to pick up fine dust.
• Stains pre-treated, then shampooed and scrubbed.
• Steam vapour cleaning for sanitisation, rinsing, and dirt extraction (wet vacuuming).

Suede/Alcantara: Certified products are used to clean these surfaces for proper cleaning and safety.

Leather & Vinyl Surfaces:

• Cleaned gently with dedicated leather cleaning brushes, scrubbing mitts or microfibre clothes using leather cleaners.
• Leather conditioner is applied for softness, flexibility and protection.
• Upgrades to leather ceramic coatings or preservation waxes is available.

Dashboard & Console:

• Cleaned with air, soft brushes, and microfiber cloths, ensuring no moisture reaches sensitive electronics
• Attention to vents, buttons, screens, and instruments.

Door Panels: Scrubbed and cleaned, avoiding any moisture near controls.

Roof Liner: Gently hand-cleaned for safety and to prevent wear. (if safe to do so).

Seatbelts: pulled out and deep cleaned with steam and cleaner.

Boot Area: Spare tire and tools removed for cleaning, then replaced.

Exterior wash and detail (polishing available upon request)

Body work hand washed and quick detailer applied to paint.

• Glass, windows and mirrors cleaned inside and out
• Door sills and rubbers cleaned
• Door frames, hatches and hinges cleaned
• Tyres and trim cleaned and dressed
• Optional Extra: If you require polishing i.e. paint correction, enhancement (light polishing) or glazing let us know and we will quote you.

What products are used:

We use only premium brands like LABOCOSMETICA, AUTOGLYM, 3D, COLOURLOCK, CERAMIC PRO and CARPRO to name just a few in order to deliver the highest-quality finish and long-lasting protection for your car’s interior surfaces.

These products are mostly biodegradable with low VOCs, and Labocosmetica products are specifically PFAS-free for environmentally conscious cleaning.

For clients with allergies or sensitivities, we offer hypoallergenic cleaning solutions using natural, non-synthetic products and methods like hot steam vapour.

(3) Odour & Bad Smell Removal

If for any reason additional cleaning time or specialised cleaning is needed, we’ll provide a transparent quote upfront, after assessment. No hidden costs—just a fresher, cleaner car.

Is This Package Right for You?

✔ Ideal for removing persistent odours caused by cigarette smoke or minor organic spills (e.g. milk).
✔ Suitable for vehicles with musty, stale, or embedded bad smells.
✔ If odours originate from beneath carpets, consider the Extreme Deep Clean package.

What’s Included?

• Full Interior Deep Clean & Detail (see above).
• Dehumidification Drying: Overnight drying, safer than using heaters, which could cause damage.
• Ozone Treatment: Targets stubborn odours such as smoke phenols (cigarettes, fire) and other stubborn smells.

(4) Extreme Cleaning & Detailing

Since every case is unique, and we’ll assess your vehicle upfront to determine the exact scope of work. If any additional time, further removal of parts, or specialised treatments are needed, we’ll provide a transparent quote before proceeding—no surprises, just a fully restored interior.

Is This Package Right for You?

✔ Required when you need cleaning done from underneath the carpet
✔ Ideal for:

• Spills that seeped through carpets.
• Water damage or leaks.
• Smoke damage (fire-related, not just cigarettes).
• Mould and fungus removal.
• Restoration of extremely dirty, neglected, abandoned or vehicles that has been standing long.

What’s Included?

• Carpet & Seat Removal:
  • Floor carpet lifted along with any components holding it down (center console, trims, etc.).
• Deep Cleaning of Flooring:
  • Both sides of the carpet cleaned outside the car.
  • Underfelt replacement if present (included in cost).
  • Moulded underlay and foams soaked, cleaned, and dried (these generally add time).
• Refitting & Finishing Touches:
  • Once dry, everything is reinstalled.
  • Ozone treatment for complete odour neutralization.
  • Conditioning of all plastics, leather, and vinyl surfaces.
