Detailing Breakdown
- Exterior washing and cleaning (45 minutes)
- Paint decontamination (clay) (30 minutes)
- Polishing (1-step correction/enhancement) (2-3 hours)
- Finishing details (tyres, trim, windows) (45 minutes)
- Interior wipe down and vacuum (30 minutes)
- Degrease / Panel wipe (to remove contaminants – 30 minutes)
- Ceramic Pro Nano Primer application (45 minutes)
- Ceramic Coating application
• Timing depends on number of layers and surfaces
• Up to 60 minutes per paint layer (to cater for the application as well as curing interval between layers)- The Gold package may take up to 2 days.
- Bronze and Silver packages usually take 1 day to complete.

Coating Layers
There are two types of coatings used;
- Base coatings – which provides the thickness and physical strength
- Top Coatings – offers superior water and dirt repellency, great chemical and pollution resistance, as well as adding a high glossy finish
- Gold: 5 total layers – 4 base layers + 1 top coat layer
- Silver: 3 total layers – 2 base layers + 1 top coat layer
- Bronze: 2 total layers – 1 base layer + 1 top coat layer

Included in all packages to make water repel or bead and run off quickly, improving visibility and safety in wet weather.

Included in all packages to prevent fading from the Sun’s UV rays, repel dirt and water, and keep plastics looking fresh and shiny longer.
Wheel Ceramic Coatings
Ceramic coatings for wheels provide exceptional protection while making maintenance effortless. CERAMIC PRO offers a dedicated wheel coating suitable for all wheel finishes, whether gloss or matte, and is professionally applied using automotive spray gun’s to apply. The coating is engineered to self-level during the curing process, creating the thickest and best protective barrier compared to any other wheel coating.
CERAMIC PRO’s Wheel coating is rated for 1 year.
Application Options:
GOLD Package:
Wheel faces are coated with optional upgrade to coat the full wheel. Upgrade price from R3000 for full wheel and brake caliper
Other Packages (Bronze or Silver):
We can add on either wheel face-only or full wheel application based on your needs.
Full Wheel Service Process:
When selecting full wheel coverage, we:
- Remove wheels from the vehicle
- Where applicable we have a car lift or jack and stands
- Wheels are retorqued to 120-140nm when replaced
- Thoroughly prepare surfaces (decontamination and polishing)
- Apply coating to all wheel surfaces (inner barrel and outer face)
- Coat brake calipers for complete protection
- Arches are cleaned and dressed with normal products i.e. not ceramic coating
Interior (Seats and Floors)
Ceramic Coatings can be applied fabric or leather seats, as well as fitted carpets and loose mats, to help keep them cleaner by preventing stains and reducing wear.
