What we can clean
Spills and contamination inside a vehicle are never all the same.
It may be liquid (milk, coffee, cool drinks), biological and biohazardous (pee, poo, vomit, blood), powders (cement, flour, plaster), paint, chemicals, oils, petrol, diesel or any other substances. Each behaves differently once it enters fabric, foam, carpet, or trim, the quantity spilled, and would require different approaches to its removal.
In many cases, contamination spreads beneath the visible surface. When material has entered seat foam or under carpeting, proper clean-up may require partial disassembly such as removing seats or lifting sections of carpet. Surface cleaning alone is often ineffective once contamination has reached underlying layers.

For these reasons, exact pricing or quotations cannot be given without seeing the car in person. We can provide an estimate, but final costing is confirmed after inspection so that you are quoted correctly for the work required, not underquoted and surprised later.
Our Approach & Process
Our approach is not cosmetic masking by merely vacuuming up and spraying something nice.
It is structured clean-up designed to:
- Remove total or maximum of contamination where possible
- Neutralise odours at the source
- Prevent long-term staining, corrosion, or hygiene issues
- Restore the affected area safely and correctly
We inspect the affected area carefully. If the contamination is limited to the surface, we will treat that area only. If it has gone deeper into the seat foam or under the carpet, we assess how far it has spread.
In some cases, disassembly may be required. For example, a simple coffee spill may have run between the seat and centre console, making seat removal necessary to clean the area properly.
Once we have assessed the situation, we explain our findings and recommend the correct level of treatment. We then provide a clear quotation, and upon approval we begin the work if the vehicle is with us.
During the work, we will provide photo and video updates for transparency and documentation.
This service is for clients who want the issue handled properly and thoroughly, not quickly masked or superficially cleaned like at a standard car wash.

Work Example
This BMW X5 came to us with paint spilled throughout the boot. To tackle it properly, we partially stripped the interior and treated it with specialised cleaners and hot steam. The outcome speaks for itself, it looks as though the spill never occurred. We never guarantee perfection, but this is the standard we aim for every time.
