Do I Need an Appointment?
We work by appointment only so we can give you the time and attention you deserve, without rushing and of course give the cars we are working on focus.
This applies to both inspections and any work to be done.
Simply Call, WhatsApp, or email us to arrange a time, that way we can be ready for you and keep our schedule running smoothly for all our customers.

How do i book a detail?

What are your deposit terms?
We require a booking deposit for all work done to confirm a booking. This is paid in advanced via EFT to confirm your booking.
Repairs, Ceramic Coating & Paint Protection Film (PPF) – 50%
For all other detailing a minimum deposit of R250 applies
Deposit Terms:
• Payable via EFT before your appointment date (not on drop-off)
• Non-refundable if you cancel within 24 hours

How can i make final payment?
Due on collection of your vehicle. We accept:
• Cash
• Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)
• Card (Visa / Mastercard)
• FNB GeoPaymentsWe do not accept Bitcoin or other Crypto, Diners Club or American Express cards.

What’s the earliest I can drop off my car?
We open from 8:00AM. If you need to drop off earlier kindly arrange ahead of time with us.

Can I drop off my car the day before?
Sure thing! You can drop off your car the day before your scheduled appointment. Please contact us in advance to make arrangements in terms of parking.

Can you collect and drop off my car?
Sure, we can collect and drop off your car for you. We’ll arrange for our own transportation to and from you via Uber, and this cost will be for your responsibility.
• Photos of your odometer reading and video around the car before leaving as well as when arriving at our location.
• We can share our WhatsApp Live Location for the duration of us travelling to and from you.
• We cannot collect vehicles that have pet hair, mould or other biological hazards -
Can after-hours collection be arranged?
No problem! This is possible but please arrange this with us at the latest when you drop-off your car for service so we can arrange our own time.
