Frequently Asked Questions


Is ProTouch mobile?

No. We are not mobile for any of our own services.

However, for Paintless Dent Repairs (PDR), we refer work to a mobile 3rd party.


Do I need to make a booking or can I just walk in?

Appointments Required.

All our services including pre-inspection or assessments require booking so that we can give you our full attention.


How do I book?

You can make a booking by calling, WhatsApp, email or filling out our contact form below.

Please note: We require an R250 booking deposit to confirm all our services, except for ceramic coatings, which require a 50% deposit and Paint Protection Film (PPF) requiring 60%


What’s the earliest I can drop off my car?

8:00 AM


Can I drop off my car the day before?

Certainly, you can drop off your car the day before your scheduled appointment. Please contact us in advance to make arrangements.


Can you collect and drop off my car?

Sure, we can collect and drop off your car for you. We’ll arrange for our transportation to and from you via Uber, and the cost will be your responsibility.

We take photos of your odometer reading and video around the car before leaving as well as when arriving at our location.

We can share our location via whatsapp for the duration of us travelling to and from you.

We cannot collect vehicles that have pet hair, mould or other biological hazards


Can after-hours collection be arranged?

This is possible but please arrange at the latest when you drop-off your car for service.
